As a first time mother, I had a traumatic experience early on in my motherhood journey. This experienced skyrocketed my postpartum anxiety, and even though I tried to pretend that I was okay, this experience consumed my thoughts, and I was living in fear every day. And when I really thought about the incident, I completely broke down. Lyndsey guided me through the process with so much genuine care that it made the process as bearable as possible. And after just one session, I felt like I had the bigges weight lifted off my shoulders. Through the following sessions she continued to lead me through a path of healing, completely tailored to me and my experience. I can’t thank Lyndsey enough for her work. She truly changed my life. I can now think back on this experience that once shook me to my core and now, it’s like I remember it differently. It doesn’t consume me and my thoughts, it just comes and goes without leaving me with any anxiety or fear.

I’ve spent years and years therapy trying to work through trauma with various therapists and models of therapy including EMDR. It seemed like nothing was working, and despite the effort that I was putting in to therapy, was very stuck in my trauma. After one ART with Lyndsey, I saw a significant decrease in nightmares for the first time in 30 years. Lyndsey is phenomenal, and was compassionate in her approach as she guided me through ART.
